Scheduling Appointments

To schedule an appointment, please use our online booking system or contact us directly via phone or email. We do not accept walk-ins.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. However, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Late Arrivals

We strive to maintain a timely schedule for all of our clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust the length of your service to ensure we do not run late for our following appointments.

Payment

We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, debit, and credit cards as forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of service.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for services already rendered. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment and we will do our best to make it right.
